Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan costs nothing and includes up to 70 replies a month, lead capture, chat history, email alerts and your own widget colours. It shows a small 'Powered by The Axora' label.

How much do the paid plans cost?

Pro is $49 a month for up to 5,000 replies and Premium is $99 a month for up to 10,000 replies. Both remove the Axora label and include a fully custom widget design built by our team and priority support. Paying yearly saves about 15%.

How do I add it to my website?

Copy one line of code from your dashboard and paste it into your site. It works on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, plain HTML and custom React or Next.js sites. No developer needed.

How does it know about my business?

You add your services, prices, FAQs, opening hours and policies in the dashboard, and you can upload PDFs. The assistant answers only from what you give it, so replies stay accurate and on brand.

Can it take bookings and capture leads?

Yes. You choose what it asks for, such as name, phone, date, time or service. When a visitor books or leaves their details, the request is saved in your dashboard and you get an email straight away.
